Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel:

The Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel is situated in the village of Belgravia and within walking distance of Knightsbridge, one of London's most fashionable districts renowned for its designer boutiques and luxury department stores. This chic, contemporary boutique hotel, overlooking leafy Lowndes Square, offers 87 sumptuous bedrooms, including 14 spacious suites.  The intimate and elegant Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel is a sister property to Jumeirah Carlton Tower, located just across the road.

The new Mimosa Bar and Restaurant serves the finest modern Mediterranean cuisine both in the restaurant and the popular al fresco terrace.

The Role of Night Chef:

The successful Night Chef will report to the Head Chef, prepping and cooking food to a very high standard for Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel. You will have a passion for food and a desire to deliver the highest quality cuisine.

As the Night Chef, you will be solely responsible for the running of the Kitchen during the night. Your duties will involve the preparation of room service orders, the set up of the morning breakfast buffet, colleague food preparation and the refilling of draws for mis en place.

This Night role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a quality kitchen environment and develop their skills whilst working to the five-star standards required. The successful Night Chef will be required to work 5 days out of 7, from 10pm until 7am.

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will already have attained an NVQ in Food Preparation or equivalent, or be planning to undertake a qualification. Basic cooking skills such as NVQ or equivalent.
