Working as a Guest Services Executive you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guest requirements & needs are met & exceeded according to Jumeirah standards. Reporting directly into the Guest Services Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintaining & handling of the cash float. Ensuring smooth check-in & check-out in accordance with Jumeirah standards
- Preparation of registration cards for next days arrivals
- Organise "Meet & Greet"service with the hotel drivers
- Check arrivals for the day, checking if rooms are ready and ensuring VIP amenities are placed in the room prior to arrival
- Coordinate rooms changes and advise relevant departments accordingly
- Promptly & accurately update registration card & guest preferences
To move into this position you will bring a minimum of 2 years experience as a Guest Service Executive or Receptionist in a five star hotel. You will have outstanding communication skills & a sound knowledge of the Opera system. A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management is preferred.
